Standard delivery time frames are between 3-14 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason whatsoever, we will notify you within 5 business days for instructions to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund, as the case may be.
